Broken app
The app crashes on all searches and category changes. It’s been like this for three consecutive updates with no fix. It’s completely unusable garbage. Hire new developers.

I have a bunch of points. I can’t use. I’ve never been able to use them
Workers are great prices are great but I have over 5000 points that I can’t use They’ve tried to help me numerous times at the White center location I also haven’t been gaining any points for a bit. It shows that I have them now at least up until a month ago. It didn’t even show me that. It shows on my past purchases that I have them but when you go to check out, it says I don’t have any points if that could be fixed that would be great.

Switching product categories leads to nothing found. Stale shopping cart item from a previous checkout causes errors at checkout

The app doesn't recognize if you have over the legal limit of 7 grams of concentrate and doesn't work

Love the app helps out a lot when I am in a rush and need a quick pick up. And it gives me time to search for what I want.
Cannot launch app
After downloading the app and launching it, it asks for a phone number which I know is correct and it will not send the six digit code to my phone number
Good app too many ads
Every time I use the ap there like four full screen notifications I have to clear out. Obnoxious. Otherwise fine

The app is sick because the websites everyone used to use would delete my points or not register my order properly or they just would be down all together. No hate to whatever platform it was (dutchie?) but the apps are way more reliable and easy to keep track of if you visit different shops!

I remember the first Ike app like this but didn’t have everything on it! It was a struggle so I’m like not going there until new Ike app. Much better much easier for me to look thru while singing “Lalala”!

The app keeps telling me to sign up, but there is no way to sign in. Same with the new website. I liked Ike’s, but there are too many options for me to continue to do business with them.
