Ineffective app
In the store and trying to add my rewards and the kiosk only allows you to scan a QR code from your app or slide a card. There IS NO QR TO SCAN IN MY APP. I did see the ordering option directly in the app so opted to do that. While the store kiosk allowed two sauce choices, the app only allowed one but no big deal. Finished my order and trying to check out and the screen WILL NOT scroll down far enough on the add card info screen so that I can place my order. So I ended up going to Blaze instead where the app works for those of us who need accessibility and are unable to stand in line

Broken app
Fix the app. I put in my phone number and I cannot go to the next screen or scroll down. I’m stuck looking at my phone number and the keypad of numbers. I cannot scroll down to verify or go to the next screen.

I live this restaurant but the app won’t even let you enter in a verification code to sign into your account and earn rewards. Tested on multiple mobile devices. Other than that one of the best pizza places.
Has never worked at all for me
And I tried pretty hard. Love Maddios though!
Verification Code
I cannot login to fully use the app because I keep receiving the message that my phone number is registered and I should be receiving a verification code via text. However, I never receive the verification code no matter how many times I resend it. Therefore, I cannot fully access the app.

You know an app is horrible when you can’t even sign up for an account with it. Total fail.
Does not work
This APP does not work on my iPhone at all. I have to place mobile orders on the WEB page, and I can only check for rewards in the restaurant ??
Frustrating.
My nearest location is not listed in the app and there is no way to search for locations other than the ones that pop up that are 1100+ miles away. I can’t ever order on the app because of this. What gives?
