Good idea, bad implementation

I think app has not been tested before publishing to app store. I found these few issues by only using app for 10 minutes.
- App crashes when it is opened from push notification
- Accept button on appointment request not working
- When we tap on back button it freezes for few seconds
- I believe it not developed as native app so UX and UI is terrible
