What a Joy!
This Uncluttered app soothes me by its very design. When I realize I forgot to check in yesterday, I don’t tense up. I start to, because I’m so used to thinking of myself as a failure. But Uncluttered isn’t into blaming me for making a mistake. It’s into gently encouraging me to care for myself. As a result I look forward to checking in with it. And because my attitude is more relaxed, I am getting more done. I am using several self-care apps as I try to get myself back together. They each offer something I need and I appreciate them all. What Uncluttered does for me though is very special. Its acceptance of me just where I am helps me feel strong enough to try again. And again. And again. Because that’s what it is going to take for me. I have some problems. Thanks to Uncluttered, I also have some very good and kind support and encouragement.
