Zero Rewards
On July 22, 2026, our camp was versus STRANGERS in Camp League. We basically got annihilated, so we were defeated. After the event anyone in our camp that participated in that event, which by the way was 24 people and we were full, can receive a Glory Group Consolation Chest. Upon checking, not only my bags, but also my mail. Some of us in our camp did not receive this reward.
Their response is: you have to capture points, participate in destroying objectives, so on and so forth.
No where does it say that upon completion of the event that this chest is not given to the defeated camp group.

I wish this worked with a bunch of different phones, but unfortunately it doesn’t
So unfortunately, this game does not work with all phone phones I guess so to save on time and stuff I wouldn’t recommend buying the game.

— The new update made EXTRA and unnecessary work for f2p.
— Drone system is broken. Have to switch, depending on tasks. Eff you, if you took the wrong (gathering) drone into battle, instead of a fighting drone.
— Rss is a nightmare on the new Stygian (?) map. Drone is near worthless for gathering the latest rss.
— Not online during the key times for food and rss? Well, eff you for having a real life.
— Cheating and hacking is rampant, uncontrolled, and PERMITTED by the developers.
— Egregious allowance of PC vs. mobile users. PC users are allowed external hacks, key mapping, and faster ping rates. Devs/support lie, saying the two systems are “never” allowed to fight against the other. When confronted, support admits that it is FULLY permitted and nothing is done to balance devices, or remove extra abilities of PCs.
— Support is 100% AI/bot responses and zero help.
— Official social media makes up rules on the fly (so you can NEVER learn or abide by these nonexistent rules), and ban users for saying ANYTHING that can be construed as negative. Facts, proof/evidence are not allowed.
— Gross negligence of balancing ANY PvP arenas. A single PC/p2w/hacker can demolish EVERY player in the opposing team at least 3x. Screenshots of such permitted behavior is ignored by devs.
— New update broke character physical traits. Support is zero help.
— New map has markings for “rare” rss on the mini map, but there is actually ZERO rss available at those locations.
— Weapon/armor creation is near impossible, taking WEEKS for the average player to accumulate what p2w can buy in a single day. Then a level update occurs, and the average player has to repeat the process to attempt to compete.
— DO NOT BOTHER DOWNLOADING THIS BLOATED, BROKEN, VILE WASTE OF TIME.

— Devs MANDATE my personal information in order to delete my account—even though the app info says that my personal information is NOT collected. Apple needs to investigate these lying thieves.

I can’t even start the game and I love there games but this is not good

I’ve played your game for almost 2-2 1/2 years, got up to level 128-130….sometime around July 14, 2026, you did an update and I lost EVERYTHING…..don’t know what happened, used what I thought was my current password and it took me back to the VERY BEGINNING of the game, Level 1! Was a member of a camp, had GOOD working relationships….as a retired and disabled Veteran, this game meant a lot to me psychologically and socially. Sent a message through Customer Service, as of today, 16 July, 2026, NO Response. Please help!

This game is very fun and good, but there are also Arabs who play this game, but some Arabs do not know the English language, so I hope they will add the Arabic language (I am an Arab).
Could be great
This could easily be the #1 game out there for mobile. However, after deleting almost everything on my iPad for this, it’s constantly crashing. I am really bummed because it really could be the best game ever.

Issues in ravens shelter
Every time I get to ravens shelter I get kicked from the game. Nowhere to report the issue. I’ve done the repairs. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Then found out my fiancée is having the exact same issues on his own phone/account. It’d be nice to have a place to report such issues, instead I’ve left a negative remark on a great game because it doesn’t work correctly.
