Hopeless
At this point all these years later we will never see a fix for any of the bugs or glitches or lag issues. For what it’s worth, this game could be fun for a couple minutes every few months until you remember why you stopped playing it.
Poorly made
This game is just sad. It just another run an slash with horrible controls stiff movement and crappy graphics although I like the art this game is just really really bad.

The game is based on our original Undead Assault mini game, so it is just a simple straight forward hack and slash infinite runner starring Artix the Paladin. Aqw
They should make the original adventure quest worlds available on iOS. I know they can do it because they have already made an upgraded version available. Also all you have to do right now is download a flash browser and you can play it quite easily so they should just make an app
Clunky and unfinished
The game almost seems unfinished:
Pros:
- cool idea
- Integration of artix into a runner
-nice graphics/armors
Cons:
-the controls are clunky and lag
-it seems like there isn't a very well defined hit box for the controls so sometimes they don't even work
-the game seems to randomly decide you got hit, I time my attacks where the enemy is so far away, and sometimes I get hit, other times I don't for no discernible reason.
-the screen is very dark so it can be difficult to see smaller obstacles and projectiles.
-very much designed for you to buy the X3 pet to get enough gold to do anything.
Overall it seems like they never had anyone test it, or ignored them if someone did. I really wanted to like it, but it's just not fun when you can't predict when you're going to get hit.

Potential
This game is very bugy and at this moment is unplayable, but with it being made by artix it will be fixed. Look for an update after this review to find it when it is hopefully playable.
Just a few things
All else i think this needs would be a way to earn the aqw rewards and not buy it and an alternate artix with the grimblight of destiny
AE is a terrible company
I don’t recommend this company to anyone. I played the game for 2 minutes and it’s bugged.
AE is one of a kind company that does not allow players to exploit glitches in their games, they will ban you or mute you if you attempt to do as much as talk about glitches, and ask you to report it to bug tracker, yet they have the worst bug patching team ever.
I do NOT recommend Adventure Quest, Adventure Quest World, or any of their games.

Are we in beta phase?
The game is great...however it feels like it is still in development. It has great potential

-clicking the skull to end instantly instead of waiting for the circle.
-lighten up the game a bit. It's too dark to see all the traps and things that could kill me.
-more friendly interface(not less skills but easier and simpler to navigate, it feels too crammed. ).
Fix the bugs and you get four stars maybe five. Update the other things and you get 5.

It's broken
I have downloaded this game several times and the tutorial continues to fail to allow me to use the ultimate ability. Sometimes I just fall straight down. It's ok though, I know AE is extremely busy with AQ3D and its Kickstarter. This game is at the bottom of their list. I'm giving them 5 stars because it looks like they put a lot of effort into the game. Hopefully, they will fix these bugs some time in the future.

A big disappointment
I've been playing AE games since 2011 and I was honestly expecting something more entertaining. This game is just an attempt at an addicting mobile game with laggy controls and extremely boring concept. The only good reason to download this game and actually spend money on it is to get the unlockable armor set in AQW.

Fantastic game!
I've had a lot of fun playing this game. I've been playing it for a long time(since it came out), and I just encountered my first bug! My paladin ran past the gate... and fell down an endless cliff. There was even a smile trail! But, I don't know how else to report the bug, and I haven't yet made a review for this truly awesome game. So, here I am!

Good Game, But...
See, this was a good game in the beginning. Then, after I got out of the tutorial, the attack and jump buttons stopped working! I am going to keep this game for now, but if this doesn't get fixed soon, I will delete it. GO AQ
Needs bug fixes
I died in the tutorial because I couldn't figure out what to press when it said the special attack thing so i died and when I restarted my character got back to the same spot an there were no skulls to collect so little Artix just ran for awhile and eventually the ground stopped and he ran off the map and fell into nothingness.

Fun (has bugs)
It could be a really fun game, but when I push the buttons they don't do anything attic just keeps running into everything. Also in the second game I played the path was cut off and I just fell out of the world?! I continuously fell for about 5 minutes until I stopped it. I stopped playing there so pleeezzz fix! It has a lot of potential.

Buttons don't work :(
I am a huge fan of dragonfable and aqworlds, but please fix the buttons error! The buttons don't work or let me jump or attack. Then I'll switch to five stars thanks :)

The buttons themselves work, but nothing happens. Artix continues to run and the cycle of dying and ads continue. If this could be fixed, it could be bumped up to 5-star. (ﾍﾟ◇ﾟ)」
Decent (Bugs)
The game is fun when it wants to work but *only* when it wants to work. I've seen a couple game breaking bugs with the game that stop progression. One the is extremely notable about this game is a chance for Artix to randomly fall into the map or not have a map to walk on in the first place. I don't know if it's a gameplay aspect or something but it pretty much keeps Artix, the playable character, alive without any effort. Please Artix Entertainment, fix some of these bugs and the game would be awesome sauce!!! By the way, keep on working out Artix, got to get the gains man!
