Not all the models are available. No Deere 300G in the list of available excavators.
Makes my job harder
I just finished my 9th undercarriage appraisal for this year, and I did 12 on this app last year. I’ve been a CSA for 13 years. The machine models are out of date. I can’t perform new machine inspections for warranty or for my customers. The %’s are completely off and ridiculous. I always have to use my old undercarriage appraisal books from 10 years ago. Deere use to provide a program with a disc every 3 months and that worked perfect. I would love to use this app if it worked correctly, but it doesn’t. It makes my job and the other CSA jobs within our company harder.
It says that you can perform inspections on the job site and email them directly to customers, but I just did a 450J LT and it was asking me which part numbers of the carrier rollers and bottom rollers I was measuring; that leaves me to look up the machine build codes and part numbers. Deere needs to simplify the app or just get rid of it.
