New version full of bugs.
This used to be my go to for reptiles and supplies. The new app is a complete fail doesn’t update and most links are broken . Sorry you are losing my business due to this app alone.
Bad company
They abuse their reptiles. I got a ball python from them that died within the next few weeks. I thought it was bad luck so I ordered another one a few months later and the same thing happened. They both arrived super skinny to where I could see their bones. The second one was way too young to ship out. Neither of them would eat. I tried everything to get them to.

Fake app
They sell really rare types of animals for 50 bucks, when the real thing can cost over 500$. The 5 star reviews are all so fake, and not one says I got an animal from here, they all say great app wonderful experience. They give 0 descriptions and all lack any real evidence. Plus the obviously real reviews are all terrible. Just look at the 1 star reviews. Anyways… bad site not real 👎

Pretty good so far
As far as I can see this app is pretty good! It’s easy to navigate and there are so so many options for animals and supplies. Things can be a bit expensive but I do expect that when shopping online on an app, but most things do seem reasonably priced in my opinion. Being able to find venomous snake also really really surprised me, as one day I would love to actually own one. Overall I’d say this is a pretty good app as I have had no bad experiences yet!

Terrible care
I’ve watched their videos on YouTube and it was horrible if the get a deformed baby tegu they freeze and that’s so inhumane but the worst part is most of their reptiles are either from farms or wild caught in my opinion their absolutely terrible they make most their reptiles way over priced and their terrariums are over priced to.

Hacked
Today at 2:03 PM February 10 I believe the whole app got hacked because everything was transferred to books and novels and healthcare and clothes and what not and then about 10 minutes went by I went back onto the app to see if they fixed it and all the animals were back up for sale but then I checked my account and my account got hacked I don’t know what to do or what is happening hopefully this gets fixed soon

Please. better accessibility with voice over. This is the only app I have found for buying reptiles, yet it is nearly impossible to select options when buying things such as superworms
Always loved Underground Reptiles
I have always shopped at Underground Reptiles. As a somebody who’s been keeping reptiles for many years, I can honestly say they are one of the best. Didn’t even know they had an app. It seems to run smooth and easy to navigate.

Why is everything so expensive like why is a bearded dragon 100 bucks why is one of the snakes $1500 then a 10 gallon case is $50

They have lots of reptiles on this app! There are so many you probably will have a hard time choosing, anyways I also really want more people to buy from them, if they do they can write reviews on the app! Then we can see the quality of the animals (just in case, but I think they will be great!) and they can expand their variety and give us discounts and maybe even donate to a good cause!

DO NOT BUY PLEASE
Spent $150 on a chacoan tegu. They sent me a tegu with metabolic bone disease. I didn't know she was defective because I've never owned a tegu before, thinking the bulge on her spine and not really using her front legs was normal. Maybe they like to be lethargic and slide around on their bellies. 6 months later she's permanently deformed, (because it got that bad), dying and they told me I can get another tegu for $125. A $25 difference. My 5 year old sons birthday pet tegu is dying in front of us, she was never healthy from the start, and now I have additional vet bills and it's freaking heartbreaking literally watching her die and knowing I can't help her. I asked them to please make this right. And their response is a $25 difference if I spend more money with them. I'm just appalled at they're response to me and the poor quality of tegu I had received. I sent them pictures and video proving I had received an unhealthy tegu. I wish I had known what to look for in a lizard. My own ignorance contributed to this, not knowing her behavior wasn't normal. Please know what to look for when purchasing a lizard and it may be worth it to buy from someplace else. My family is going through this because we didn't know we had received a defective tegu and I'm placing this review so that y'all can be warned of what to expect. Please learn from my mistakes and take your money elsewhere.

It's a good website to shop for reptiles but the app does not show anything. The main menu is blank.
