Additional feature in widget
So far, this is very useful. I like the ability to mark off a task and it saves the date and time.
A couple of possible features that would make it even better, if it would also store the date and time when adding a task, that would be useful
also, if the desktop widget would be able to click the checkboxes to mark items off directly from the widget, rather than opening the app back up to again try to click the checkbox to mark something as completed. Ideally the same features from the app in the widget itself would be great… adding items without completely opening the app, or viewing notes, etc from the widget itself. Just some ideas. But the app is great so far!

Easy to use, Clean Ux, No PDF report
09.28.23: Note - It can be very difficult to edit text in the Notes section. I have not had issues in other text fields. Sometimes I can’t select the text, or touching the screen to move the cursor to a different location doesn’t work consistently. I was also not able to send an underlist file export via sms and open/import it on another device.
09.19.23: A unique feature of this app compared to most is the ability to separate tasks with user-defined headings and the ability to add notes/descriptions to those headings. The design is like a simplified and easier to use version of Things. The user interface is very clean and intuitive on iPad and iPhone. I would really like to generate a clean, professional PDF report to share as status reports or to archive with project artifacts; also the export to text should include an option to include the heading notes in the export with dates. Other enhancements: start date (aka threshold date) so that future tasks could be hidden until they become relevant, user-defined default due time for tasks (it defaults to now, but I would want due time to default to 12:00 or 23:00)

Excellent!
App does everything Things does, much more intuitively, AND you can add files to your tasks. Simple and effective.
Love this app but keeps deleting my tasks
I post things to do, some I check off same day and others days or weeks later for whatever the reasons. So wether it’s a few days or weeks all of them disappear completely. This totally defeats the purpose of the task/Reminders. Tired of loosing bunch of them and can’t recover them either

Hi Dansco, the data you input on Underlist is NOT sent to Firebase. Also, your data is sent to your iCloud account ONLY if you enable that option, otherwise will only exist on your device. The Firebase Analytics integration is only used to understand the usage of the application, and not to process personal data. The subscription present on the app is just a way to allow users to support future developments. If you still have doubts you can reach me directly and I will try to help. Regards
