I neber experienced such a ridiculous support experience. Wasted my time for getting some skill points. Wrote several mails sending the required screenshot and was then asked again to send the Screenshot. Then ticket was closed 😅😅

Couldn’t be happier with this game. People get discouraged on crate rolls & some of the rewards. But all in all it’s a fun & fair game. Yes of course you have to pay to play. What game is not like that in 2026. They have to make their money…
Nothing is fixed in world chat
The game itself is decent, but everything has become a money grab for Devs.
The biggest problem is world chat. There are constant spammers that are never dealt with. The conversation there is brutal. Real life death threats, bullying, doxxing etc. No matter how many times you notify developers they do absolutely nothing about it. There is an easy fix for them to stop receiving complaints. 1) Let people not in empires see the same screen as those in empires to communicate and join. 2) Shut down world chat and make it a codes only place to post codes for allies. Players can talk to their team in empire chat. They can send dm message to discuss joining.
The game is slowing dying and it’s because of lack of response on Devs part. There is a clique of bullies in WC that drive players away.

Playing for years
I’ve been playing for years now and whether you spend money or not this is a great free game for new and existing players. Tons of stuff to do and the recent devs are doing a much better job with new stuff and fixes all the time. Army Code 06574D
Crate Drop rate
You really need to more accurately calculate your drop rate. Last few events all the crates I used were all common. I rolled over 35 crates all commons before getting a rare that’s completely useless to me.

Do not play this casino slots gambling loot box game. This is 100% pay to win where every event you need to spend vast amounts of money and everything in this game takes a really long time to progress unless you spend spend spend. If you have an addicted spending problem please stay far away from this scam of a game.

I have 6 crates and one in tec lab , I have already spent 30 cc to try to correct. Through countless times of trying to fix through the web site, I get ridiculous answers and I still show 6 crates and 1 in tec lab that I will not created because they will try to charge me 30 cc. I am 76 years old and sick of being ripped off. Still no fix👊🏻

Ace and ripper are the most broken LTs in the game it caused so many titan players to quit. It’s been almost 8 years and they still haven’t fixed Aces broken 1 shots on a strong titan defender. How is it fair that a weak lsi player with Ace can 1 shot a strong player based on how much health that lsi player has is ridiculous. No wonder players quit doing wars. Please nerf ace and ripper now.
