Watermark
I paid money for certain lay outs a long time ago. Now they have watermarks on them even though I paid for them, and I have to pay even more money now for a subscription despite having already paid for what I wanted out of the app. Money down the drain.

my app updated this morning without realizing, and after years of using for personal socials there are now serious pay walls that prevent even basic creation and edits. i’ve always bought subscriptions just for client work, while maintaining a free account for my own socials, but i’m pretty sad I’ll now need yet another lock-in subscription for such simple usage.

Editor Not very user friendly
It’s very buggy and the options are very limited. Honestly there are too many other apps that can do what they do
Super efficient
I haven’t used much apps like this this was my first and I can’t complain I love simple modern layout and this app seems to have what I’d need it make unique stories amount other things.
What happened to this app
I haven’t used Unfold in a while and opened it today. Didn’t realise they were bought by squarespace. Now everything is locked behind a paywall, the most basic layouts are not usable. Overall navigation is hard, I struggled to find my way around. I remember using unfold a couple of years ago and it was the total opposite experience of this one. Sad to see another small business having been sold to a big player who then ruined it.

I’ve used this app for years now, I love how stylish and rich it makes my posts! I use it for every post and let’s not talk about using it for an elegant flyer or magazine post. I only wish they would update more but it’s still pretty fly either way.
I like it, but it’s restrictive
Maybe I need to learn to work in it better, but I’d like the option to change a story into a post or a reel without having to change the design altogether. I pay for the yearly subscription and I would like more font varieties and maybe more editing options such as highlights for text, text animations, and more music choices. I’d also like to see more options for holidays and special occasions. Overall, I do love this app and don’t plan on getting rid of it any time soon!

Great app but asks for reviews every time I open it! Give it a break!!
Reels problem
This used to be a great content creation app, but now it’s close to useless for making reels from scratch. It strips away the original audio no matter what you do- even if you make sure the clip isn’t muted. It seems like such an easy issue to fix, yet as it stands, the only sound option for reels is choosing something from their library of awfully sounding tracks.

Impossible to log in
I’m just spending way too much time trying to log into this app. I keep doing the exact same thing over and over again, and somehow it only works on like the sixth try. It’s insanely frustrating.
This has happened multiple times already. The app logs me out, and then the same hell starts all over again.
I just don’t have the energy for this anymore, so goodbye.
