Actually works and Safe

I don’t normally write reviews but after trying so many apps that require you to log in (which isn’t safe) and don’t work because of instagrams latest measures against that - seeing this app that works very well without that safety concern is worth leaving a review . Well done to the person or team that put this app together.

Hi, thanks for the feedback. Concerns like this are exactly why we built Nonfollowers the way we did. Most unfollower apps make you log in with your Instagram account, which is what can lead to hacks and bans. We never ask for your Instagram username or password. You use the official data download Instagram gives you, and the app reads it privately on your phone. There's no login, no password and no connection to your account, so it can't be hacked or banned through us. Feel free to reach out through "Contact Us" in the app's menu if you have any questions.

have to spend $

love this app since it’s super helpful, but really disappointed that you now have to pay.

Hello! We really appreciate your feedback. We understand these changes can be frustrating. We recently moved to a freemium model to help support ongoing app maintenance and updates. Please feel free to reach out through our in-app contact form with any questions or concerns, we’d be happy to help.

Pay wall is disappointing

I used this app before it was even an app. It was a simple website and I loved it. I downloaded the app today because I needed to clean up my unfollowers but now everything is behind a paywall. I understand putting premium features behind the paywall but what do you mean I can only see 10 people who don’t follow me back? I guess I’m back to finding a different way to clean up my unfollowers.

Whack now 😕

USED to be good. I originally downloaded it months ago and it was great. Not it’s just like the rest of those bs apps out there. Gotta pay to use it. It only shows you 10 of the people who don’t follow you out of the whole list

Thanks for sharing your feedback. We understand that changes to our pricing model can be frustrating. We recently moved to a freemium model to help support ongoing app maintenance and updates. The free tier includes a preview of your most recent nonfollowers. Please feel free to reach out through our in-app contact form with any questions or concerns, we’d be happy to help.

FAQ

What does this app do?

This application helps you track your Instagram followers. It allows you to identify who has unfollowed you, who has blocked or removed you, view your pending follow requests, and even find your very first follower. The key benefit is that it does this without requiring you to log in to your Instagram account, thus preventing any risk to your account's security.

How does the app work?

The app operates by analyzing your exported Instagram data. You first export your data directly from Instagram, then upload this file to the application. The app then processes this data to provide you with instant results, showing you exactly who doesn't follow you back and other relevant follower statistics.

Is this app free to use?

The app offers a free plan that includes a limited number of uploads per week. However, to access advanced features like tracking unfollowers, seeing who blocked or removed you, viewing pending follow requests, discovering your oldest follower, and performing unlimited uploads, you will need to make in-app purchases for the Pro version.

Is my Instagram account safe when using this app?

Yes, your Instagram account's safety is a primary focus of this app. It explicitly states that no login is required, meaning you never risk your account being suspended or compromised. The app emphasizes that it is the safest way to find out who doesn't follow you back on Instagram, and your data is kept private.

What kind of Instagram data does the app analyze?

The app analyzes your exported Instagram data file. This file contains information about your followers, following list, and other account activity. By processing this exported data, the app can then identify patterns such as unfollows, blocks, and pending requests without needing direct access to your account.
