Hello Elizabeth, we understand that Instagram’s export process can be confusing, which is why we’ve included step-by-step instructions with screenshots for every step to make it as easy as possible. The app also includes detailed error messages that point out exactly which step may have been missed during the export process. We appreciate your feedback. Hello! This behavior is intentional and is designed to let users know when they've already uploaded the same file. We understand that it can be confusing to choose the latest export file, so we recommend deleting the export file after a successful upload to avoid any confusion the next time.
