Thanks for the feedback! We will think about adding daily checks for unfollowers again. We tested it but most was fine with weekly because the most people don’t have unfollowers every day. The watchlist feature is daily though. We tell you every day who people on your watchlist begin to follow and who started following them. Have a nice day! The premium yearly plan is under $3 a month if you want a better monthly price.

Our unfollower detection is actually very accurate and uses a reliable method to track changes. However, there is one known scenario that can cause temporary confusion: when users change their username. If someone changes their Instagram username, they may initially appear as “unfollowed” under their old username the first time you check after the change. This happens because the system detects the old username is no longer following you. After your next check, the app updates and everything works correctly again. Unfortunately, this is unavoidable with this secure tracking method, but it ensures your data remains private and accurate in all other cases. If you’re still experiencing issues beyond username changes, please reach out to our support team so we can help troubleshoot your specific situation.

Hi Viktorija, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand how frustrating unexpected charges can be. To clarify how App Store subscriptions work: free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial period ends. This is Apple's standard subscription policy and is clearly stated during the signup process. Unfortunately, canceling on the same day the trial ends means the renewal has already been processed by Apple's system. Since all subscriptions and payments are managed entirely by Apple (not by us as developers), we unfortunately have no access to payment information or the ability to influence this process. Hi! Just to clarify things clearly and honestly: Our app cannot block your Instagram account, restrict it, or cause any kind of suspension. That is technically impossible. The app never logs into your account, never sends actions on your behalf, and never interacts with Instagram in a way that could affect your account status. It only reads publicly available data. If something happened to your Instagram after using the app, it is completely unrelated — Instagram sometimes limits accounts for many different reasons like login attempts, IP changes, or unrelated activity. We’re happy to help if you have questions, but I can confidently assure you: our app cannot block, disable, or harm your Instagram in any way.
