About
Why should a sentence you underlined disappear a few days later?
Unforget turns quotations captured from books, photos, and screenshots into a personal memory atlas. It does not leave them in a passive archive: short daily encounters bring the right lines back at the right time.
CAPTURE A LINE
• Scan a book page with the camera.
• Extract text from a photo or screenshot on your device.
• Type a quotation manually.
• Add its source, author, tags, and your own reflection.
SEE THE CONNECTIONS
The Memory Atlas presents books, authors, and themes as connected islands rather than isolated rows. When you need precision, switch to the searchable, filterable library list.
A SMALL DAILY RITUAL
Today selects up to three quotations worth meeting again. This deliberately finite session keeps what you read alive without creating an endless feed. A separate review session is available when you want to go deeper.
NOT EMPTY ON DAY ONE
Choose only the cards that stay with you from a curated collection of public-domain classics or the dedicated Stoicism collection. Nothing is saved automatically; the choice remains yours.
YOURS, ON YOUR DEVICE
Unforget requires no separate account. Text recognition happens on your device and the source image is not stored. When iCloud is available, your library can sync across devices on the same Apple Account through Apple’s private CloudKit database. There are no ads or third-party tracking SDKs.
