As a UNH student, this app has been essencial for me since day 1. It has all the information and links to the information I need during my study hours.
Of course it’s not perfect, and it needs a bit more organization, but when you learn how to use it, you don’t live without it!

This app is only used to check for laundry and the bus. It could have a busy counter for the gym, it could keep track of maintenance requests and many other useful things. When checking for laundry its a 50/50 its right for some reason. The worst by far is the bus. More than likely its just not working. The slight chance it is and its behind or ahead.

I love the app and I use it all the time. It needs to be optimized though for all platforms, including the iPhone X

Great app for students
You can get real time tracking of the bus, super convenient for off campus student. I also used this app to check the laundry machine/dryer availability when I still lived on campus years ago. Overall a great app, but an update for supporting iPhone X will make it even greater.

Great app. Latest improvements look a lot nicer than old app, but why is everything so big? Does the app not support the iPhone Plus? The home screen icon has too big of a UNH logo. It looks weird. App is great overall, but visually, things are very odd.

Inaccurate
For commuters, the function that predicts when the bus will arrive at any stop may seem like a godsend. However, the buses can sometimes disappear off the GPS map and throw off the predictions. It's alright as an estimate, but always double check the actual scheduled arrival times or you might wind up stranded. That's not the app's fault, but considering it's advertised as "Never Miss the Bus Again", well. The interface is also somewhat clunky; it can be difficult to get what you're looking for in a hurry.

For the iPhone this app is pretty useful for transportation and such. It still has a lot of problems so I've had to delete it and download it twice and that usually fixes it. There's no alternative though so you're stuck with it.

It's a pretty good app despite a few glitches. The next update should include a simple way to add Cat's Cache to our accounts!

App Crashes
I've never had a problem with this app before except for the past week every time I try and look up the West Edge Connector live map the app crashes. I've tried everything to fix it but hasn't worked so Apple said it's more than likely a developer issue. Please fix!
Transport feature needs work
As an off-campus student, I was excited about the transportation tracking feature. Unfortunately, this feature leaves much to be desired. It's rarely accurate, often giving arbitrary arrival times. The bookmark feature (where I can save my bus stop) never works, saying the bookmark is invalid, and it crashes probably every other time I try to use it. This app has exciting potential, but for now I wouldn't trust it to help me get to class. (The other facets of the app are great and well-designed, as far as I can tell)
