UNHCR GDS ADP

The UNHCR Asset Disposal Platform (ADP) mobile application is an internal operational tool used by authorized UNHCR staff and approved subcontractors to capture and upload photographs of UNHCR assets for disposal purposes. The app processes limited professional contact details (such as name and email address) for authentication, and photos of auction lots, which may be stored temporarily on the device until manually uploaded to UNHCR systems. Data is used exclusively for UNHCR operational, audit, and accountability purposes, is not shared with third parties, and is not used for tracking, advertising, or analytics.
