UniAffitti

UniAffitti is an independent platform that helps students and property owners connect in a simple, direct, and transparent way within university communities. With the app, you can search for available rooms and beds, filter listings based on your needs, save them to your favorites, and contact the property owner directly through chat. If you have a room to offer, you can publish your listing with photos, essential information, price, area, and included services. With UniAffitti you can: - browse photos, prices, features, and approximate locations of listings; - use filters for area, campus, price, distance, and services; - save listings that interest you; - send requests and track their status; - chat with students or property owners; - publish and manage your listings; - report incorrect or inappropriate content. Listings are moderated before they become visible to keep the platform clear and organized. UniAffitti is not a real estate agency, does not collect rent, deposits, or utility payments, and does not enter into rental contracts: agreements, payments, and final checks always remain between the parties. The service is free for students and property owners: no subscription, commission, or hidden cost. UniAffitti was created to make the search for student housing easier: less confusion, clearer information, and direct contacts in one place.
