About

UniApplyForMe is the free app built for South African students, whether you are studying towards Matric (NSC) or a TVET college qualification (NCV). 300,000+ students trust UniApplyForMe to help them plan their future after school. Everything you need is in one place, and it is always free. BURSARIES AND FUNDING Browse hundreds of bursaries from South African companies and organisations. Filter by field of study, bookmark the ones you want, and get reminders before deadlines close. Explore alternative student funding options, including loans for the missing middle and postgraduate students. KNOW YOUR APS SCORE Enter your subject marks once and instantly see your Admission Point Score (APS) for every major South African university, calculated using each university's own published method. NSC and NCV students are both supported. APS calculation rules are sourced directly from each university's official admissions pages. SEE WHICH COURSES YOU QUALIFY FOR Based on your actual marks, find out which university courses you may qualify for across South Africa. NCV students are matched to courses that accept their specific programme. Competitive and extended courses are clearly marked. Qualification data is sourced from official university prospectuses published at each institution's website (e.g. uj.ac.za, uct.ac.za, wits.ac.za). EXPLORE UNIVERSITIES Browse South Africa's 26 public universities, view their prospectuses offline, watch promo and how-to-apply videos, and find application deadlines, all without leaving the app. University information is sourced from official university websites and the Department of Higher Education and Training (dhet.gov.za). NONAME FILE CONVERTER Convert unnamed NSFAS and government files to readable PDFs directly in the app. No third-party tools needed. NSFAS information is sourced from the official NSFAS website (nsfas.org.za). PUSH NOTIFICATIONS Get notified before bursary deadlines close, when new bursaries open, and when important new content is added. ALWAYS FREE UniApplyForMe is run by a registered non-profit organisation and will always be free for students. No subscriptions, no paywalls, no ads.
