They playing with people like football - after I win the big money they suspend my account
They asking for documents I submitted and now I’m still waiting for reactive my account even I can’t withdraw my money they freeze everything - and every time I talked with agent on live chat they said sorry we can’t do nothing even they don’t give me any specific time
They just said team will contact with me but they don’t know when

KYC is an absolute joke
This company right here is the reason why i went on GAMSTOP, they have ridiculous KYC policies which make you wait weeks for you to withdraw your own money, please avoid this company if you can as i had to wait 3 weeks for my money to be able to withdraw… Not to mention no KYC policy while i lost £1000s but when i started to win again suddenly my documents are an issue… SCAM
