Avoid this app if you actually want your deposits processed on time. This is now the second time Unibet has failed to credit my account when I tried to deposit.
Yesterday, I attempted to place a deposit to bet on the Barcelona vs. Athletic Bilbao match on the over 1.5 goals market. The app failed to process the transaction, leaving my funds stuck in limbo, and I was completely blocked from placing the wager. Predictably, the bet hit and won, but I missed out on £800 of profit.
To make matters worse, the money I tried to deposit still hasn't shown up in my account or been refunded. It’s unacceptable for a betting platform to take your money and not credit it to your account. My bank has told me that payment has gone through successfully! Dodgy!!

How many years have passed and these lazy pieces of shhh haven't bothered trying to fix their app, it's just the worst, logging out every time then not being able to press buttons on the bet slip, it just goes on and on, most frustrating app I've ever used. 2.8 star rating and the idiots still don't do a complete overhaul, who ever is running this company is a joke

Avoid this one. During the World Cup I used around 10 brokers making some fun bets. Unfortunately I won on Unibet - they have only just let me withdraw my money today (14th August). I needed to chase constantly on my time off to get this sorted. Do yourself a favour and use a different broker, genuinely had no issues with any other platforms.

So when ur card expires 99% of people just want to MODIFY their details. Change expiration date and CVV. 4 digits & 3 digits. Easy? Nup. DELETE the card ( only to put the same card number back in.)

Scam bookmaker
Won’t pay when you’re in front net-loss . Will ask for wage slips / bank statements. Then say that they not readable even if on pdf . You can’t physically ring them, everything on live chat/ email. They have had my winnings of £185 for 10 months now. And have no intention of paying out . I have even asked for my account to be closed and the credit balance to be given to charity. But they refuse. Avoid this scam bookie at all costs.!!!! You will end up in the position as me !!

I’ve been using the Free to Win Spin Roulette for around 2 weeks now, and every single time it has landed on 0 rewards. I understand it’s a free feature and it’s not like I need the rewards, but it’s frustrating to see something advertised as a chance to win when it appears to be programmed to always give the same outcome.
If the chances of winning are extremely low, that’s one thing, but having it repeatedly land on 0 makes the feature feel misleading. Unibet should be more transparent about how the rewards are actually distributed.
