Scamming company

They banned me the second I started winning and when I asked for an explanation they said it was a business decision lol but when I was depositing losing my bets they didn’t have a problem but as soon as I start turning the tables they ban me. Watch out for this scamming company they are based in the UK so it’s easy for them to scam.

Beware of signup bonus

The $100 sign up bonus refund is a decent lure, but they hide the restriction that if you lose, you have to bet the bonus three times or they take all your money. So you have to win 4 if you lose one. I only bet football so that’s a stupid requirement to start.

Scam

I won a bet and was then asked to provide documents for some reason and so hesitantly, I did provide everything including Id, debit card info, and much more only to have them “ghost” me and ignore any emails or form of communication. I then went to a live chat with their representative and he told me that there is “no further information” that he can provide regarding the case which was left unanswered for 3 weeks. This lead me to believe they are withholding my money because they have no money to payout any of their players. I am currently speaking with a lawyer

Calling the App trash is an Insult to trash

UniBet - more like UniCrap

Horrible Sign-up Bonus process and transparency

App only loads correctly like 30% of the time!

Geolocates unnecessarily all the time. If you like spinning or an unresponsive App, UniCrap is for you!

User Experience worst in the business. Hard to find bets you want. Hard to find boosts. Hard to dig into T&Cs for promos.

Literally no less than 8 other better options in AZ.

The app randomly goes full white and i can’t see anything. Happens after trying to view my placed bets. Please fix so i can give five stars

Zero stars!

App never works and when I am able to login it’s blank. I close it out and relaunch with no luck. I have tried to access it via desktop and it keeps telling me I don’t live in AZ. Extremely frustrating. Once I finish with the promotions I am going to withdrawal and use other betting sites that don’t have non stop technical issues. PLEASE FIX YOUR APP!

Terrible

Signed up didn’t get welcome bonus had to reach out to customer service then my account was immediately blocked and had to provide documents and wait a couple days to have my account unblocked and then I come and find out my bonus expired and I wasn’t even able to log in to use it. The kicker the terms say the company can extend expiration dates and when I asked for that I was denied because the promotion isn’t being offered anymore even though I already qualified and was just looking for an extension. Terrible customer support terrible app terrible site in general

Cannot even place a bet with Free Bets

The app will load all available sports/markets when I’m logged out. I have $100 in Free Bets that I want to play, but as soon as I log in all markets are removed and there is no way to see them. They still would let me deposit though, and then the markets/sports are still not showing up.

Bugged

Really bad app still has bugs where it just shows me the licensing and terms. Have to relaunch app several times to get in to where I need to go. DraftKings is much better.

This app cheats and logs you off you account on crucial cash out. Worst experience ever

Used this app for 1 day and its the worst betting experience I have ever had. It logs you off your account when you have a fast crucial bet that you're trying to cash out on. I had at least 4-5 bets that I was winning and wanted to cash out but the app logged me out and I had to keep logging back in and its was already too late after that. Its very laggy and logs you out randomly every couple seconds or minute. This app is broken, not up to date with scores and unfair betting. Don’t not use!

Garbage

Downloaded for the $50 deposit to get $200 in bonus cash. They don’t tell you the odds for placing bets with the bonus have to be parlays with +400 odds, and you have to do 4 $50 bets. The bigger issue is that every time I’d go to place a bet it would tell me my location could not be verified and wouldn’t let me bet anything. Contacted support and they were by far the most useless people I’ve had the displeasure to talk to. Only said to try again because everything’s working fine. Had to delete and redownload every time I wanted to log into my account. 1/10, stick to real sportsbooks

Worst betting app ive come across

Not user friendly i do not recommend this app
Mostly for the reason is because of their promos
Says to opt in for certain things you click the button it freezes the screen and then it said continue to place bet which i did never got my equal free bets or anything just wasted time and money everyone use FANDUEL or BETMGM way better

uni-GARBAGE !!! ZERO STARS.

THE most FRUSTRATING app!! Placing a parlay bet is near impossible as the app crashes and you are left staring at a white screen!! Close app and relaunch (which will not use FaceID to simplify logging in) and go through every leg selection again before it will crash and do it all over again. The “bonus” or “free bet” (current promo running) comes with high odds and requires parlays. So having to go through this multiple times just to suffice the bonus is utterly annoying. My suggestion is to use DraftKing, FanDuel, MGM or Caesars for AZ betting cause THIS is not worth the annoyance (and I STILL have three more “bonuses” to use before I can be done with this God awful app). 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 NO NO NO do not use! ** and YES, I have the latest update AND the fastest internet available. If I’m told “we’ve had over 20 years experience “, then clearly you are in the wrong business!

Broken

It was letting me look at bets just fine, as soon as I signed up it no longer lets me see bets, I also got snubbed on the new user bonus. I selected that I wanted the bonus, deposited my $50 and checked my rewards pending like it says and nothing was pending. So now I can’t pull my money out, or bet, and it’s just sitting in their account now. Stick to a different service.

Signed up with the promo of bet $50 and get $200 and I have no clue how to activate the promo. Still I deposited the $50 and sure enough after my bet settled I received nothing. I don’t even know how to reach their customer service. This whole app is confusing and for sure not user friendly.

Garbage …. On a desktop the geo locator used is bad software , don’t install the EXE file !!! THE APP DOESNT WORK , I WON BETS AND MY ACCOUNT GOT SUSPENDED !!! Went to my bank , better business bureau and attorney general , this is a scam !!!

Doesn’t work 90% percent of time

Constantly stuck on a white screen unable to place a bet or even see potential betting odds or games.
So I close the app resign in and boom exact same problem!

And yes, I have the latest version and all the updates.

Usability

This app is full of bugs or something. I’ve missed 2 live bets today because this app is always frozen on an information page. But you know what button works??? You guessed correctly…. The deposit button.
