Sign on Promotion is a scam

I have never used any sportsbook app that has this bad of a ridiculous terms and conditions for their new user promotion (which they dont even promote when you opt in to the new user promotion). You get the second chance bet but even if you win using those bonus funds, you are not allowed to cashout because you have spend $300 more to be able to cashout. No other credible app ever uses this method for when it comes to bonus funds. If you win a wage using your bonus, you should be able to cash it out.

Good odds / Functionality issues

It’s a very frustrating app to navigate because you get signed out or sent to a blank screen while you’re trying to place a bet. You basically have to sign in, wait until the app glitches, then place your bet quickly before the odds change. I think fixing this problem would drastically shift most people’s ratings and experiences with the app. I recommend using the mobile website instead.

Cool platform, terrible app

App is trash, just use web on a computer. Doesn’t even load the Sportsbook part half the time just hangs on the Virginia warning page over and over.

Garbage sportsbook

Slow UI, no search function and I was limited almost immediately despite only betting mainlines. Lots of better options in Virginia

Find another Sportsbook

App never works. Constantly deleting and reinstalling and works one out of 3 times when doing that. Then it glitches after only a few clicks. Just horrible.

I want to like it but such a bad app. I’ve had to delete it 5 times and redownload for it to work.

App functionality is terrible

It constantly logs you out. I’ll have to login 3 times to gain access. When I do get in, the location services don’t work and won’t let you bet. Of all the sports betting sites for VA, this app is by far the worst. Their limited promotions only apply to live betting, as well.

I don’t normally write reviews, but this app’s lack of functionality is INSANE. Real functioning human beings that are allowed to vote and drive cars designed this app. In my opinion, the developers need to be thrown in a modern day Roman Coliseum setting and left for the lions as a public spectacle.

Does not work anymore

I’ve switched to using the mobile site because the app simply no longer functions. Tried reinstalling several times. Everything is normal when logging in for about 10 seconds then it goes to a blank screen.

Edit: the app still does not work. Once I tried re-loading 25 times in a row and was able to get past the blank screen for a minute. Please fix this.

I can’t believe in 2022 that a betting site is this dysfunctional. Do they have no QA/QC? Does no one at Unibet try the app?

Reviews seem about right

I’ve literally tried every Sportsbook out now in VA and this is the first time where I’m required to show more documents to verify my location. God knows what other dysfunctions this app has
