Opportunity for students to participate on behalf of the university
A robust system that is helpful for students to continue to represent students and engage with candidates who wish to study at the university of their choice. Only issue is that the current system seems to not show the send button due to it just outside the frame of the iPhone’s screen. Easily fixed by the developer, but still a pain for users.
Update (01/Apr/2026): since placing this feedback, developer has acknowledged and corrected the issue. Fantastic work by them on taking accountability and working behind the scenes! Updated the app and this has clearly been addressed! Well done!

Broken
Extremely slow. Doesn’t let me change my profile picture and editing my bio is impossible because it takes so long to load. You can’t stay on the inbox page for too long because then all your messages disappear and are replaced with an error message.

Slow and unable to do anything
Tried to do my bio and takes a couple minutes for anything to load and pop up which is annoying
