Awful
I can’t even sign in using my username and password that I created online! This app keeps crashing on me when I open it! No other tabs open and not even tapping a single thing. Must be a bug, was excited to use before
Confusing
The website and this app, everything about it is so confusing. No options in the app other than chat, and log out. No way to change my university and ask questions. Couldn’t even find any Universities when I tried to create new account.
Really funny
Thanks to this app everyone on my course was arguing and we split into small friend groups before we even met each other. Was awesome
No responses
Useless. Not one student we messaged ever got back to us. Total waste of time.

Crashes immediately upon opening saying that an error occurred. Tried reinstalling but nothing changed.
App doesn’t work
The app always crashes when I try to enter my inbox (on iPhone 14, IOS 16.6). In its current state, it’s unusable.
Can’t even use
It crashes immediately I can’t even see any features of the app before it shows and error page and automatically closes. I’ve even tried deleting and redownloading.
Error on 1st time load
1st time opening the app, re-opening for 3 times and get the same error ‘sorry an error occurred’. Can’t connect to any group or chat to any group since I can’t connect to any.
It is not working
I downloaded the app, and as I try to login it is giving me an error page.

Horrible app to use
Not user friendly at all, has a lot of glitches.

Loading Problem
When I go to open the app I am met with a blank screen I attempted uninstalling and reinstalling the app on my phone but to no avail it worked fine 2-3 weeks ago but now can’t even access the app
Trouble loading
When i try opening the app it just goes white and doesnt open a lot of the time
RUBBISH
Awful app didn’t show any messages even though they were all showing online.
App doesn’t refresh
Must close the app and reopen the app to refresh the app (things like last time a message has been sent/received, etc)
Love the new update
Finally! it’s user friendly for student ambassadors. Great update.
Easier to use the website
I’ve been left with a white screen several times now on launching the app. The app will log you out intermittently so you stop receiving push notifications.
I’ve given up with it, but this is at the detriment to those contacting me as I’m unable to respond until I’m in front of my computer.
Impossible to edit text in the app as it will only show one line, and if I use another app to do this I won’t be paid appropriately.

Super buggy needs major Fixes
Not a bad app but it likes to crash and have problems often.
