Much better now

There were some updates to the app in the last 3/4 months that have made it much easier to use. It is slick and intuitive. Plus you don’t need the coordinates card anymore! 👏🏽

Developers have a lot to learn

Very average application with eternal lags, unnecessary and outdated security features, not intuitive at all

Change language

Despite trying for days to try to change the language on the app to English, we have not been successful so are struggling to use the app. Not able to negotiate around the app without this until we manage to learn Spanish

App went down offline over the weekend and again this afternoon. Hurry up and fix the bugs

Pésimo banco y banca digital

Problemas todo el tiempo al realizar gestiones. Es una pesadilla cambiar contraseña o resolver cualquier problema online o por teléfono. La fusión con liberbank un completo desastre. No le deseo ni a mi peor enemigo ser cliente del banco. Evitarlo

Awful awful app update

This app is beyond belief. The updates are of no value whatsoever. The app doesn’t display the balance after each transaction. Instead it displays only the amount left in the account following the last movement. This makes it impossible to go back and see what the balance was at the start of the month for example. Useless!!!!
Please revert back to the previous version!!!!!!
There was nothing wrong with it. Stop wasting money with developers who don’t understand the basics of what people look for in an online service.
