Last update erased my account and previous purchases

I purchased the upgraded version a while back and can no longer connect using my Apple account since the new update. A real shame they do not support their existing customers.

I pad for premium however it has locked all my cameras… tried getting support but had no answer

No options on presets and quit working

After I bought subscription I was very disappointed in the options for my camera. It had preset positions that I could access but could not change. Then I guess there was an update and now I have no preset positions and no ability to move my PTZ Dericam camera. This is a money grab and the app itself is absolutely terrible. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS APP AS YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED.

Not good

Got a Hikvision DS-2CD2083-I 8mp camera it will not work.
Entered ID and password and ip address but will not connect. Blue Iris desktop software connects with no problem. Very frustrating.
