Works but low res

Thank you for taking the time to write us a review - we really appreciate it. People usually say good things about our stream resolution - so it's concerning that a high res stream is being displayed blurry. Could you please email us your camera make and model so that we can look into this for you?The arrow buttons you mention are for quick navigation between different cameras and are functional only when you have more than one camera added. We appreciate the feedback and will definitely investigate how we can make the layout more intuitive and less obstructive. Thank you for your review - and sorry that we didn't meet your expectations. Cam Hero is primarily designed to work locally, when both the app and the camera are connected to the same network. This ensures fast, private streaming without requiring an internet connection. To view your cameras remotely, we offer a "Remote Viewing" feature inside the app, with the requirement that you use a second device running Cam Hero as a hub (second device must to connected to same network as the cameras). Another option is to configure port forwarding directly on your camera or NVR hardware (or use a free VPN like Tailscale) and use Cam Hero as usual to view your cameras when away.
