Please fix your app!
I have been taking this car service since the 90s , they usually are pretty solid, with a few hiccups. But since they introduced the app, it has been horrible. I tried putting in my credit card, tried apple pat, when I got to get a cab , it tells me error , no pick up info entered. I tried multiple times to install and uninstall and the same thing happened. I had to end up using Zelle to pay the drivers. Please fix the app!

Very Affordable
I use Unicar daily. I love the response time. My only issue is when I ask a driver do they mind taking a quicker route and they argue with me about how long they been driving assuming I’m not a driver. There’s no parking near my job! Other than that I love the dispatchers who answers the phone. And the drivers who appreciates how quick we get to my destination. Very respectful.

Update to use creditcard
It says update app in order to use creditcard but there is absolutely no update available please fix because i dont have cash all the time

It does not let you pay in card it says you have to update it when it already is and also takes long to find a driver

What happened to notification that shows us thats car is on location, drivers info, and most importantly price for the trip

I love Unicab the dispatcher was very professional and caring and the driver was very nice love them

Not cab driver friendly
Used the app for the first time today. Took awhile to find driver so I called dispatch and they answered before the app responded.
On return trip had the same issue, but finally app found a driver. Chose credit card as payment. I couldn’t figure out how to use the app to leave a tip.
When I arrived at my destination, I gave the driver $5 cash. He told me the trip was more than $5. I explained that I used my credit card for payment. He said the office usually tells them ahead of time if someone is paying my credit card.
He then calls the number, which passengers would use and is getting frustrated that nobody is picking up. I asked if he had a direct line not the one someone would use request cab. No.
I also call and get through. He gives dispatch his car number and ask if we paid by credit card. He confirms.
There has to be a better system. This took an additional 10 minutes.

This is service is real good prices are consistent always helpful and if you forget something you will get it awesome service been with them for over 3 years still satisfied.
Fix The issues
It doesn’t even work the app doesn’t load what so ever like what’s the point of the app if it doesn’t work at all makes no sense then y’all got fake comments in the stores trying to have people think it’s a good and real app when it isn’t

This is the best thing created I called to try to get a cab during the snow storm and was on hold for over 15 minutes only for them to tell me that they had no cabs available the minute I requested a cab on the app I got a cab in less than 2 minutes
