Overpriced, slow shipping
Won an auction, the fees are misleading. When you place a bid, it shows you one “final” total. Once I won, that final total was $30 more. And it has been a week and still no shipping update or anything. I could’ve bought the bottle at my local store and had it that day if I knew all of this would happen. Never again.

Great Option for Finding Your Favorites
I have a couple favorite bottles that can be very hard to find at my local stores. It’s great to have access to a nationwide inventory to find your favorites or try new ones at your price point.
I haven’t ordered wine yet, spirits only, but these have always shipped in very protective packaging.

I hate them I tell them I hate no reserves 1 yet they always put my bottles in no reserves 1 , I don’t know if they’re
doing it to piss me off or they’re just incompetent either way I they infuriate me and don’t expect to get a lot for your bottles most sell under secondary if you don’t have a crazy rare botttle
