Copertura rete pessima
Il servizio di noleggio e-bike è stato più volte sottoposto ad assistenza in quanto molto carente la copertura nelle zone adiacenti il noleggio. Pessima anche la comunicazione con il loro server in fase di aggiornamento dell’immagine sulla messa in pausa della bike .
Unbrauchbar
Haben eine Gruppenfahrt gebucht und wurde angezeigt das es nicht funktioniert hat. Dann sind wir mit dem Taxi gefahren. Nach über 1 Stunde schauen wir erneut auf einmal läuft das Programm . Jetzt müssen wir dorthin zurück fahren und diese Fahrräder absperren. Kundenservice geht keiner ran und online schreiben geht auch nicht weil sie erst am Montag wieder zurück sind.

Das einzige was an der App funktioniert ist das abbuchen vom Konto. Keinen Meter weit gekommen. Finger weg!
PESSIME BICI PESSIMA APP
Bici terribili, si bloccano ogni 10 minuti. Applicazione che si blocca mentre pedali e nel mentre si prova a riattivarla ti scala il credito da app.

Diese App ist nicht zu gebrauchen. Alleine die Tatsache, dass alle Daten eingegeben werden müssen, bevor man irgendwelche Informationen bekommen kann, ist unseriös. Wir verzichten leider auf das Anmieten.

Big scam! You always have to spend minimum 20€, but in app you cant see this! Better use Lime, Tier etc.

There was never a minimum charge of 10€ mentioned. The money is gone… Also no group rides possible, which all modern apps have.

Obwohl alle notwendigen Daten erfasst, wird ein Fehler angezeigt.
Deceptive app
WARNING: there is a minimum that this company will charge. This will not show up when you select a bike or a scooter on the map, giving you a false sense for the cost. When you finally scan the bike or scooter at the location it will show in small faded writing the minimum charge. I.e if you use the bike for 10 minutes, they will still charge you the $10 minimum even if that ride was $2, and the worst part is that they take the full 10, they don’t leave $8 in your account for the next ride.

Fine when it works 😬
Spent over an hour trying to get it connected to an electric scooter, kept timing out and was very temperamental. Could be very good if they could sort out the connectivity issues.

Really? This app is far too big for a cycle rental. Bikes look nice. Didn’t rent one because the app took too long to install.
Charged me €10 for travelling 0 km/h.
The advertisement at our hotel showed that you get a guided tour on your bike. So I went through all the steps, card details, went to select a guide and their app showed ‘no data’. So I stopped the ride and it charged me €10, I didn’t even get on the bike - app even showed 0 km/h travelled. Don’t use.

Very Unhelpful App
I wish I could give this app a 0 rating. We tried renting them in Corfu and it said none of our cards worked, yet we were charged a $50 charge for each attempt. AND the $40 daily fee. The bikes never unlocked for us to use. The app had absolutely no information in it to help us and when we tried to contact the company, the only way to do so was by email which did not help us in that immediate moment when we wanted to actually use the bikes. This app is atrocious.
