Camera issue
Why can’t we access the cameras without WiFi? Isn’t it supposed to work with data too? We should have access to the cameras from anywhere and anytime, when you travel you don’t have access to WiFi all the time!
Camera won’t work with phone data
Please find the issue and fix, I used the phone data to open the cameras and it used to work just fine...

Won’t connect.
I can’t get this to connect for anything. It’s and iPhone 6 s plus with the latest update version of apple and it will not connect at all. Just opened the box. I guess I’ve got to send it back.

For a 30$ camera and free remote view app (that works fine for me) - I can't complain - fairly clear, Color is good - easy to use. Unlike other setups this took me less than 10 mins to to be setup,view, alert, record. Also mic is pretty clear. Will be sticking one of these in every room with a window or door

They work.. it only on Wifi now??
So I have been using these cameras for a while now.. I've been able to access them from anywhere. It all of a sudden .. I have to be on a wifi network to view my cameras.. and it has nothing to do with speed... I connect to any wifi even slower than my cell and it works.. what's up with that..

It's a zero since iOS 10.0
I liked the camera fine to keep an eye on the dog while we were away until September! Now it's a useless piece of trash since I can't add the camera to my iPhone 7. Any word on future compatibility fix???

I can't check on my little one now, please hurry & get moving on this update. It's not the greatest or fanciest setup but I rely on this everyday.
What happened?
I am unable to see my cams nor can I renter info to add them to my 7plus. Please let me know when you fix. I use the cams every day.

I bought the cam and the app doesn't have the option to add a camera. Now the cam is useless to me. This needs to be fixed or the company refund money for the camera.
Total garbage should be zero stars
Before iOS 10 this app was unreliable. After iOS 10 it is junk. Zero cameras stay online. I reset my wifi password and now I can not re-add my cameras. Junk like this is likely behind Mirai. Do not get this app or buy their cameras, both are junk.
