We’ve made major improvements across the UCXM mobile experience: - Redesigned campaign and dashboard screens with a cleaner, more modern interface. - Enhanced campaign analytics with interactive charts, KPI cards, comparison periods, detailed drill-downs, and improved metric formatting. - Added contact list reports with contact counts, effectiveness indicators, outcome filters, pagination, and improved loading and retry states. - Improved campaign filtering, including multi-contact-list selection and external campaign support. - Added secure conversation sharing through links that open the exact conversation directly in the app. - Shared links now support Android and iOS, multiple environments, workspace discovery, client selection, campaign permissions, MFA, expiration, revocation, and secure access validation. - Improved login and Discovery flows for users with multiple workspaces and clients. - Added biometric login support with secure multi-environment credential storage. - Added password recovery with Discovery-aware OTP verification. - Improved session restoration, authentication error handling, and localized error messages. - Added dark mode and updated system styling for a more consistent visual experience. - Improved accessibility with VoiceOver support, clearer chart descriptions, Dynamic Type support, and better interaction feedback. - Added audio playback improvements and conversation detail enhancements. - Added PDF sharing improvements and AI-generated call summaries. - Added preview sections for Quality, Compliance, and Insights. - Updated translations, labels, navigation, and overall UI consistency. This release also includes numerous stability, performance, security, and usability improvements throughout the application.
