I have this error every time I transfer funds to gcash. Please fixed this. I need my funds.
Cash in thru BPI online banking successfull but didn’t receive the money !
It’s already been 3days since I reported these issue but they always say that the transaction is for checking , processing and they not give you any assurance that the money will get you back. The worth 19k is not a joke and it’s not my money! The money I cash in is from my client.
Poor customer service
I want to recover my account they instructed me to send documents to them(website) i did it but the website capacity for the documents was too low that’s why it is not accepting my scanned documents, i tried everything just to minimize the size of my files but it’s still didn’t accept my docs, i call them and beg them if i can just send my files to der email address since the website didn’t accepting good quality files but they kept saying send it to the website. Fix ur website, hire a good programmer, change the limit of the files so that we can send a good and high quality documents that is clear so u can see our personal information clear. Ur website and cs is disgusting !!
