Great idea
Great for keeping in touch with my partner on a daily,. There is a few downsides to unify like, u have to come off the page and sometimes reload the app for new msgs to show up (as noted by others) and the other is not being able to send any pics!* iv not personally had any issues with notifications.. Id say all in all, this apps a good idea (especially for ppl who can’t visit or have a landline as calls are expensive).. Hopefully they will work on the picture part or possibly add a voice note option

This app is the best been using it for a while and getting untouched with some in jail this app help you to find comfort as you can hear from your loved ones every day thank you
Sick of it crashing
Always crashing now I can’t get back into it and it’s driving me mad. The app runs ok for a bit then starts playing up either deleting all messages and now won’t let me log in at all. So mad it needs sorting
Not good
Paying £4 a month for it to not work, have to keep deleting and reinstalling the app, cant see messages when person sending you messages, keep coming on and off chat to see recent messages. Comes up with different names when person messaging you.

It sometimes says message hasn’t sent when it has and sometimes I have to leave to reload messages but it lets me know when I get a notification if I’m not on the app

An okay app to use ig, although you do have to tap into the conversation and then leave it so the message you received comes in. A good app to communicate with my husband, just wish you could send voice messages or send pictures at least
Some small issues but works good
Is nice to have chat with friends but sometimes you have to leave conversations and go back to reload new msg. But i always get notifications and all so no complaints

Seems to work ok on iPhone 15 not had any issues as to yet and been using it for around 4 months notification sound works every time, would be nice to be able to send family photos all in all I think it’s a good way to keep in touch on a daily
Good easy app to use
The sign up process was simple and then managed to engage in conversation with my friend. The biggest thing we use this for is arranging call times or visits which helps a bunch
Disaster
Absolutely disaster, never works, new updates every week that does nothing. Messages does not get sent, no pop up notifications about incoming messages, keep freezing and turning off. Keeps asking for new membership when I have an active one already

Can’t even get in the app!
Horrendous performance on the app, once I’ve been through all the sign up procedure and attempt to sign in the app opens then whilst loading up just closes …. Every time, I haven’t even been on the app properly yet. This really needs sorting out as it makes the app unusable.
Good app but doesn’t function how it should
It’s a good app with what it can do, just very glitchy and buggy for simple things; I mean why don’t you get notifications when you receive a message it’s so simple yet feels like this app is backwards. It’s very slow at time and you have to constantly refresh to see your messages.
Not that appy
As the other review says - always says error and message not sent but it’s sent- and do t get any notifications to tell me I’ve had a message . Strangely seems to work ok on parents very old iPhone but poor on brand new iPhone . Glitchy - but messages do send . Needs some work but great idea
Needs plenty improvement
The app in total is a disaster. When I send a message it tells me it’s failed to send however has sent anyways, so I may accidentally send numerous messages. Push notifications don’t work, actually have to go on the app to see messages. It crashes numerous times. The only good thing is that messages do come thru.

Subscribed because I could see my contact listed. As soon as I tried to send a message the app crashed. Reporting a problem even makes it crash. Delighted that someone is making money from the prison service, but it’s not because they’re actually providing a way for families and children to stay in contact.

Needs a lot of improvements
The app is constantly crashing and is very slow at sending and receiving messages. Today its showing I can’t contact no one or send messages, what am I paying for??? It also doesn’t notify when you receive messages you only know when you log on to the app (when it’s working)
Poor
It’s never working, messages get stuck and it’s off line more than it’s on line. My partner suffers with his mental health and this service is making it harder and harder on a day-to-day basis staying in touch. Something needs to be done I’m paying a subscription for a reason but you’re not delivering
