Difficult to open
Works well for us!
Not sure why folks are having trouble… maybe delete and reinstall? Works very well for us.
Often Won't Function or Open!!!!
Needs Fixing!!!! App often doesn't open or takes HOURS to do so. This is NOT a wifi, data, or poor signal issue!! I have NEVER had this issue with ANY of the MANY other apps on my phone!!!! The frequency with which this happens is almost 1 in 5 times of attempted use, and I use it (or at least try to) a minimum of once a day. In the many years I've used apps, this is the first review I'm leaving for any of them as a result of my EXTREME frustration in how BADLY this app functions!!!!

Locks up constantly
So much more trouble than it’s worth! Unfortunately in the retirement community in which I live this is THE way we stay informed & connected. Hope admin dumps this sorry app for something better.
Questionable
The parts that work are great but several categories within the app don’t. Very frustrating.
