I cannot log in at all. It keeps loading after entering the details

Each time i open the apps, it just keep loading and loading

Recently got kicked off and login doesn’t work, “only I.T. Can fix it” so we will see.

The app keeps kicking my login off after I don’t use the app after a while. I open the app and it’s as if I’ve never even logged in.

Reset password for 100 times. Still cannot access the account and keep saying not activated account..... cannot registered all event!!!!!! Zero for star!!!!!
