Il Impossible de valider une transaction Pay any one, parce que le bouton est caché par le clavier. En plus, les fonctionnalités de SPIH ne sont pas disponibles dans l’application mobile.

Il y a un bug on ne peut pas faire de recharge téléphonique.
Biometric not working
Since changing my password my biometric is no longer working. To make matters worse its impossible to reach customer service for online services. Been trying for 14 days now, leaving messages but no one ever returned the call.
Difficulties using the app
I can’t see my credit card’s informations with the app after changing my password as Unibank asked me to and I can’t use my biometric neither. That’s really frustrating.
Biometric login problem
There’s a bug in the biometric login where you can’t use it again if you change your password while having it enabled. Even though I have it enabled I have to enter my password everytime I am using the app.
Erreur de la biométrique
L’App fonctionnait parfaitement mais depuis les deux dernières mises à jour, la biométrie ne fonctionne plus pour moi, ça prend une éternité chaque fois que j’essaie, je n’y arrive pas. J’aimerais bien l’utiliser au lieu de taper mon identifiant et aussi le numéro de WhatsApp inscrit dans le service à la clientèle n’est même pas sur WhatsApp, on vous demande de l’inviter 🤦🏽♂️, vérifiez vos infos quand même.

Après avoir installé la version 14.6 d'ios l'application ne fonctionne plus: Dans le menu effectuer un virement, le formulaire disparaît dès que je saisis le montant et le beneficiaire.
