Trash not in service
I suppose the company is out of business but they are still selling their key fobs. Bought 2 of them and I cannot create an account in the app and Webpage does not load.

Dead App, and if you bought their NFC tag then that’s now e-waste
The app doesn’t work anymore, and it barely worked even when it existed. I own an NFC tag of theirs and cannot log in to access my account, so now I cannot edit the information on the tag, making it both useless and e-waste. Waste of time
what happened
so i guess something happened regarding this app within this year (2023) based off other reviews. Ive had this app for a couple years at least and when i first downloaded it it worked seamlessly and i was looking forward to using it again now that i will be networking much more for work and when i went in to update my info, i kept receiving an “internet error”. i can’t even change my profile pic. nothing on the app works anymore and i noticed a couple others mention they are getting the same message. i considered maybe it’s a bug but my app store says the app is up to date so not sure what’s going on. bummer

I bought the tag downloaded this app and it’s not letting me create an account. I can’t find any support online about how to create an account and keep saying try check your connection and try again. I’ve turned off Wi-Fi I’ve turned on Wi-Fi. I’ve used my house Wi-Fi. I’ve used my portable hotspot, I’ve used regular data nothing it will not let me create an account

App not working so purchase useless
Just purchased device, downloaded app on iPhone. It only allows you to make account not use product. So try making account and says internet error. I check on safari and internet test speed I have full bars in Dallas and 320 Mbps so no internet issue for sure just junk doesn’t work their server is down or company out either way a rip off. And to add to that it has some proprietary coding to it or something and other general rfid apps can only read from it not write to it so useless device and ripped off

Non-existent in 2022-2023
I loved this when I first purchased in 2021,
But after a year, it seems as if the company just disappeared. I wasn’t able to continue logging into my account anymore, the website never shows anymore. I don’t even receive email alerts from them. It was great when it first started but maybe pull your product out of stores since this is no longer a functional business.

NO LONGER A COMPANY
I bought the UNIO tag a couple months ago and I’m just now getting to registering it(smh) just to find out the company no longer exists haha
App doesn’t do a single thing
I can’t even register. Unio dot doesn’t do anything either. No answer from support. Is there anybody still out there running this? Returning the dot.

Absolutely love my UNIO! The setup is incredibly easy and it’ll even tell you where to find your username or link if you don’t know. When connecting with colleagues or meeting someone new, it’s so easy to use UNIO and gets rid of the hassle of having to go to each app.

This is so easy to use
I bought a unio and I have nothing bad to say. The set up was super simple and I enjoyed the app a lot. This product is what excites me to go out and meet new people with out awkwardly standing while someone puts my number on there phone. It’s one bump and done. Really an amazing product.
