I cannot use my cameras because I cannot get the app to send me a verification code to make an account. I cannot find any support to help either.
Bad customer service
I ordered cloud service and it is not on there and there is no way to contact customer service and I’m and there’s it don’t tell you anywhere or anywhere number to call or a website to go to contact them and I can’t get my money back and I am I paid for something that’s useless I would give no stars but it wont let me

Can’t even get it to pair

I’m trying to pair my camera that I bought almost 3 years ago and it’s not even in the app. There’s only three cameras given as an option and I know there’s way more cameras of this version out there. I have three myself and none of them match the ones in the app 😡
Perfect for my home
This little camera is awsome! The 360 degree rotation let’s me see everywhere in three rooms from where I have it setup. The picture is produces is as clear as my 4k HD TV. I installed a SD card for local recording and it also provides cloud recording.
I can’t say enough about how much I love this camera! I will be getting more for other areas of my home and also my workshop.
