Just downloaded - maps/venue search isn’t working
I haven’t had a problem with the app clips, and I’ve enjoyed using it to order food. However when I went to download this one it had some issues.
The maps function is useless and all you see in the early phases until you’re ready to order. Honestly pretty disappointed that the app is so much worse. We’ll have to see if it works well when ordering. Will come back to update

Strictly worse than toast
Went to a restaurant today that used to be toast and is now Union.
The ui barely worked, the sms payment verification didn’t work, and I literally couldn’t complete an order through it.

Not user friendly
I thought I had placed my order, but because the app isn’t designed very well I hadn’t and I actually had to go get help to do it because then I thought I had placed it twice. It needs to be more intuitive for the user. More research usability needed!!
Useless
Anytime i try to order someplace it tells me there is a Internal Server Error. Doesn’t matter what name, phone number, or email is used. Absolutely useless

Lots of promise if it works
I was at the restaurant and wanted to order more but the app would not accept an order. Not just me but my entire party. So we left. It wasn’t until an hour later that I was able to go back in and close my tab and add a tip. Great concept just not dependable

Easy to use
Love the Union app, super easy to use and saves a ton of time in a busy bar. I can never find a server when I need one, whether to order a drink, food item or even close my check. This app does all that for me. Keep it up!

I’ve never heard of this app before, but our local brewery has it now & I was supremely impressed by it. Miles better than Toast or anything like it.

The app asked me to give it my phone number (AFTER using Apple Pay successfully seemingly) to send a code and every time I went to open the code it logged me out of the “session” rendering me unable to use it
Blueberry Mojito
Had drink few weeks bak amazing I had about 10 blueberry mojitos after and returned for yet an amazing blueberry mojito that went horribly wrong!! Who ever mad it this time needs to learn the proper way off making one! Will return for the Bartender that makes it amazing!
