Half-assed…

Poor interface to your basic customer web account, app used to display succinct month-to-date totals for Data, Text and Call Usage…so you could keep track…but now the app won’t even do that!

It never gets done loading and won’t let you log in. App is absolutely worthless. I have never been able to log in and get really frustrated when I try

Bad

It takes forever to load. It will not open on LTE. And when it’s hooked up to WiFi, it’s hit or miss. It isn’t worth the download. Too unreliable

It never opens past the log in screen.

I’ve only been able to log in once. Now every time I open the app and log it, it gets stuck just loading. I’ve turned off and on my phone, deleted and reinstalled the app and nothing. I’m using an iPhone XR. I made sure my phone is even up to date on IOS. This app is not worth it, you’re better off logging in through just the main webpage and looking at your account. If I could give this app negative stars, I would but one star it is I guess.
