1. No idea how to add money to balance beforehand. I pressed every single button and can’t find the right one.
2. It just ended my parking time with no explanation- I actually ran to the car to not get fined, but turns out it was just free of charge after 20:00

Fraud, horrible ux!
I've replenished my account, but money were not debited to the account balance. Support is not responding to emails nor phone calls. Horrible experience.

UX is absent at all, you have to manage to complete quest to find a way to pay for parking.
Worst login system
You cannot set password and have to log in with some PIN codes you can’t set yourself. When you click forgot pin, it sends you a new one. And surprise-surprise, the new PIN is not correct, and your account is blocked by this app. This is a total disaster.

Ця програма регулярно вишвирює з акаутну, і коли ти поспішаєш тобі потрібно ще витрачати час на те, щоб по новій зайти, але те на марно, бо цей кусок 😤😤😤 висне, поставила машину на паркування, але зняти не можу, а чого? Бо немає нафіг кнопки, запаркувати по новій можу, а зняти - ні.
Добре, що хоч гроші регулярно знімає, а то аж переживати стала.
