Prior to using your app and pharmacy services, I was a Shoppers Drug Mart customer, and I absolutely loved their app. It featured highly useful functions that I would love to see incorporated into this platform, such as:
* Automatic Management:
Immediate access to my medication list (automatically done) along with detailed information.
* Alerts and Control:
Refill reminders and the ability to delete or archive prescriptions I no longer need.
*Prescription Tracking:
Clear visibility into which medications are ready for refill and full access to my prescription history.
* Simplified Payment:** The option to add a debit and/or credit card to automatically process the bill, so I only need to pick up the medication upon arrival.
I believe implementing these features would significantly enhance the user experience on your app.
