Unusable
Tapping the CONTINUE button on the “Welcome to UNIQLO App” screen makes a spinner appear indefinitely and the app never goes beyond that screen.
The app doesn’t open
I have tried multiple times but the app doesn’t work at all. Doesn’t go past the welcome page.
Hard to navigate
I love this brand and the styling options. The materials used to make the clothes are top quality. But I can’t navigate this app. Get tired looking for what I need in the app.
App bug and no way to report it.
I can’t use the app because it has a bug which is stopping me from getting past the terms and conditions page. Bugs happen, not the end of the world. However, not being able to report the bug is very annoying. Uniqlo, in their wisdom, have provided their privacy policy page as their developer link and admitted I didn’t read every line of the page, but a search of the page for the word ‘support’ provided 0 results. I even tried contacting their online chat, no dice. Other than that, is the app any good? I guess I will never know.

Hard to navigate
Worse app ever. Its so hard to navigate, not easy to use. They said they updated the app but still not easy to use.

App is extremely laggy on scrolling through items since the forced November 25 update, completely unusable for browsing.

Good but
Great app overall, but it doesn’t seem to support Liquid Glass on iOS yet. It would be great to see an update that takes advantage of this feature for smoother visuals and responsiveness. Looking forward to future support!

Terrible update - women’s tab doesn’t work, Font makes it look like a child’s demo site.. the old app looked and worked better !! Pleased fix it
Fire the PMs and designers
Maybe you should just fire the mobile app product managers and design team. Their ability to make the UX worse with every update is truly masterful. They consistently make all the wrong decisions with the confidence of visionaries.
Admins service
Hello, called today for an item is it was there and needed but wasnt available to go directly and pick up. Admin Mugee was so kind and helpful going out of her way to find my item and put it on hold at the cashier until i was ready to pick it up. Uniqlos service is really great😊

Most confusing app to shop
The men’s and women’s clothes are all mixed up. Uniqlo may benefit from just making the same clothes and selling to both men and women. It’s neither fits a woman nor a man.

The recent update is awful. Can’t navigate at all. Can’t find anything by product type. It’s as though they don’t want people to buy online

Why do items that are still available show as discontinued under favourites tab, with a blank name and picture…
