On 9th November 2025 I bought 2 tops from Uniqlo and I am happy that I bought it, the quality of the product is really awesome and going forward I would love to buy more product from Uniqlo. Bunch of Frauds
Beware of this scammy company. They have 0 consideration for the customer. Return policy doesn’t work. They’ve taken my money and are not returning it. I’ve been trying to return an item that didn’t fit but the company assigns some courier partners who never pick up the return. The company customer care just keeps asking me to wait for 1-2 days but the issue never gets resolved. They’ve gobbled up my hard earned money.

Horrible Service
Imagine charging what they do and tying up with the shoddiest courier partner in town. Appalling post order service, no support contact number provided on app which is a bare minimum if you take online orders, bad courier service used by them and no replies on emails. On chats, bot like replies are provided. I had started loving their products but when you charge this premium, the least you owe your customer is a decent courier service for their deliveries. Been three days and each day their courier partner conveniently rescheduled marking it as ‘requested by customer’. Wrote to them, emailed them but here we are. Hopeless service.

Wishlist and cart not opening
The whole app works fine the issue which i’m facing is that my wishlist and cart is not opening. I can see items which i have wishlisted and i put the item in cart, it doesn’t open which making me difficult to buy it. Kindly take a look at it uniqlo and fix the issue asap.

Need More Options All Time
More sizes and colour options of winter wear were less .. as summer are there so beside summer options..people go for vacation to hilly areas so need winter jackets which were not in stock in store and try sizes too were limited Cream Heattech lower was not there so why top as two different colour can’t be used and staff had no clue about this

Faulty Zipper No Solution
I have this costly Uniqlo Down Feather jacket (3 years old only). The zipper malfunctioned suddenly and the zipper pin (that helps to keep both sides of the zipper tied together below) came off. The zipper won’t function properly. I went to Uniqlo Ambience Mall outlet and they out rightly refused a solution and said they can neither replace the pin that came out nor the zipper. I now have a useless jacket and the quality and finish of replacement zipper in local tailors is no where good. Uni is LO has very poor after sales service.

Uniqlo cyber hub shopping experience
I wear XL size and it fits me perfectly. The fabric of this product is super comfortable & stretchable. I can wear it everyday however please provide more options of the cord set in winter wear also. Not able to return item
I bought a pant from the app. It was oversized so I requested for a return. It’s been more than two weeks, no return pickup attempt has been maid. I contacted customer support twice, they assured me that they have rescheduled it. But no attempts happened even after that. And also there is no feature in the app which show the status of your return. This was my first purchase from uniqlo and the experience is horrible.

Specialised in looting
This is for people out there who think UNIQLO is a good option to shop. There is a warning for them- Be very careful while making any orders from the app. I recently ordered a few products from UNIQLO and when I received the package 2 products were not there in the package and when I raised the complaint I was told that all the products were dispatched from their warehouse.
This is the kind of response users get.
Please be cautious instead there are many other reputable brands out there In the market choose them.

MR Ravi the Salesman at UNIQLO STORE at Ambience Mall Vasant Kunj
MR Ravi is Exceptionally Good in all fields of Handling Customer Beautifully, helping them to get their desired stuff without waisting time. He is Polite and too Professional also.
I am coming here since 2020 but Never found any Salesman even 30% in comparison to Mr Ravi. You must have more such staff. I came two days back and went very happy courtesy MR Ravi .
I am going totally satisfied and happy .

Worst product , only hype
Only hype of uniqlo thats it Japanese product . Bought slim fit jeans size 35 after 2-3 wash that jean has become size 38 loose fit . On Compaint they says its washing fault . Had levis jeans 5/6 pairs even bought in sale never had such experience washing process is same . They refused to exchange/retun . Worst experience. Me and my family bought more than 8/10 products from uniqlo online and offline from dec to feb . Esp visited uniqlo ambience mall gurgaon . Never buy this product again .

It is not easy to find a product! Though the headings are perfect, you don’t find the product where it should logically be. Also, if something is sold out, it disappears from the app. It may be a good idea to keep it there - you will know how much demand there is for it!

Worst app
It is a pain to shop online with Uniqlo. Your app is ridiculous .. it doesn’t remain logged in even for a few mins, it logs you out immediately and then doesn’t even allow you to login even if you reset the password. I even tried shopping without using the app, by opening the website on my phone, only to realize that any items added to the cart are removed the moment you select checkout. How can one shop if you keep logging out the customer every minute and then don’t allow logging in ???? It feels like a fake app !!
Why can’t you guys have a better app and website ?? It’s the worst shopping experience.
Even navigating on your app is such a poor experience, indexing is also bad !!!

What a nightmare!
1] App has multiple sections for same category products
Example - If I am trying to find a pair of pants from women section, why is everything not available in the same area? What were you thinking while making the app? The goal is to make a purchase or solve a puzzle??
2] Payment gateway is a joke
I made a payment using UPI and money was deducted from my account, payment gateway stated that the transaction was complete. However, there was no going back from that page. And here is the best part: order remains in the cart and purchase history shows empty after successful payment!
You mail the Support team and they return the money saying the payment was not processed (I have screenshots btw of successful payment page).
Anyway, after getting the refund, I tried to make a payment again (yeah silly thing to do, really) and tada!! The same thing happens. Oh by the way, this time the mode of payment was net banking through the different bank account altogether. Don’t know when or if I will even get the refund.
Fix the App or shut it down altogether for the love of god!

Unable to use app
The App doesn’t work if your phone time is not set correctly and I like to set my time ahead! Never faced this problem with any other app including other online clothing brands.
