I love UNIQLO, but the DPD delivery service they use is rubbish. I’ve never had a delivery from them without some major trouble.

Good clothes, bad delivery
Clothes are decent. Delivery takes a while, they charge for returns, and they don’t leave deliveries in your ‘safe place’ meaning lots of failed attempts. Not worth it for me

L’application fonctionne très bien bravo la team !
Il manque cependant une fonction très utile qui est de pouvoir ajouter la carte fidélité Uniqlo à Apple wallet (pareil sur android si manquant). Il arrive régulièrement qu’on ait pas internet dans les magasins et lorsqu’on lance l’app on ne peut pas afficher son code barre de la carte fidélité à la caisse !

No option for filtering out of stock items lead to spending too much time on the app - bit frustrating. No option to sort items from ascending to descending prices. Load of error messages.
