Tracking orders
I dont understand why no information is showing up when I go to view the tracking details. All it says is “Waiting for details”. I also dont understand why uniqso uses a whole other app to track orders instead of its own, ans the app doesnt even work. Its been well over 20 days and Im still waiting for my order, it would be nice to check up on it and see any updates on the tracking but unfortunately I cannot do that.

It hasn’t come
I placed an order and it still hasn’t came and I’m trying to track it and I don’t have no updates so like am I getting scam I really wanted my eye contacts :(.
Order is late, maybe too early to tell.
On June 10th I made an order for some eye contacts. The standard shipping is 15-20 working days after fulfillment. Today is the 30th. I understand that it’s technically not 15-20 working days considering the weekends. However, I signed up for all their tracking features and I haven’t got ANY feedback, Not even if it’s been stored in a warehouse, or where it’s being shipped FROM. I looked at the reviews before even buying, and I still went through with it. Mainly because when I did my research, this website was one of the top places to get eye contacts. I’ll be writing a second review of a higher rating if it comes in, but until then. Consider this review as somebody who ordered their product and never got it. That is… after it’s officially been over 20 working days. Hope this helps! (Edit: I got the item 2 days later. Everything came out in a great condition, so I couldn’t be more happy.)

Shipping updates are so vague!

package is being processed at to and from. Say a package is shipped from Taiwan- UPDATE where the package is! Example: Taiwan to Tokyo, Tokyo to Florida, Florida to my state…. It’s nerve wracking to not only wait so long, but have no effort on their side to provide me actual updates of its TRACKING. Anyone else having this problem?

Pretty contacts, comfortable. I’ve been buying from them since 2019 and are still my fav. Be careful when buying, make sure to read carefully sometimes it’s only ONE LENS and not two lens (one lens eye vs a pair for both eyes). Costumer service is also great!

Unprofessional.
This is the second time Uniqso has Lost my package, either bc they didn’t write my address or something. Costumer support have been very unprofessional, ignoring me and then sending spam emails of them asking me to review their store. They’ve made NO effort to help or even offer me a refund after days and days of asking.
I have proof my address was there, pretty sure y’all just lost my package and won’t refund me. Feels like a scam at this point. Very unsatisfied and disappointed.

A must have for colored and cosplay lenses
I’ve been wanting to get back into wearing colored and cosplay lenses for a few years now and decided to give UNIQSO a try a few months back. I’m so glad that I did! The lenses are affordable, getting them shipped was super easy and they’re really comfortable! I have a really rich brown iris, so while I was optimistic about the color saturation, I was skeptical that the lenses would be able to show over my irises as I’ve had that issue in the past… Nope! The greens I got are vibrant; the blues I got are turbulent; and the pinks I got are bright and, aside from the hole for the pupil, my irises are invisible! I got the lenses that are approved for a year of wear so that I can wear them periodically throughout the year. The descriptions for each lens has notes in them on if vision will be impaired and you can select powers in the lenses if you do need some vision correction (be careful though because the lenses only have + power starting at +1.00, but no -). I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for new lenses; trying out different colors and effects; or looking at getting into cosplay!

Love the app except..
I love everything about the app except for the fact that they removed the category button for viewing the selection of contact lenses. I can no longer view lenses by colour or effect and it makes finding lenses more difficult.
Love Uniqso but…
I need to wear prescription contacts and I can’t see any way to change the contacts’ power on the app. I guess I’ll have to stick to the desktop.

I wish we could mix max prescriptions on the app like the website. The app becomes useless if I can’t do that.
