I love this app!!!
I love using this app. It’s part of my morning ritual and it reminds me at 9am of my worth, giving me a little positive energy to tackle my day. Thank you to the creators of this!!! Also, thank you that the adds are subtle. I don’t mind them being a constant at the bottom.

Great for helping reprogram false beliefs
This is the best app for affirmations that I’ve found. It’s the only one that allows you record your voice speaking an affirmation and play it on repeat until you turn it off. This is a great tool for listening while you fall asleep (when you’re subconscious mind is prime for reprogramming) and all through the night. It never fails - never shuts off and I LOVE it. I’m so grateful for this app and tell all my students about it. I highly recommend downloading it! Namaste 🙏

I’ve had this app for a while and the affirmations are encouraging and uplifting. I always look forward to reading the randomly posted affirmations in my widget. For me this app has always been 5 * but I gave it 4* because the functionalities you’re now charging for, were free when I first downloaded this app.

It is really good. But I think that it should have more than just one a day and that you can see and pick your own backgrounds and music. I think it’s really good that it doesn’t cost any money. Otherwise it’s awesome
