I complained this would not connect to my Apple health app
Well, 10 minutes after I wrote the review, I found how to connect it to the Apple app. So I took it from 4 to 5 stars. I am highly impressed with the results of the scale turns to and a match pretty well with my physical health and previous lab and medical test. The scale actually amazed me with its results.

Not great
Unable to update firmware. Constant fail. How the app indicates good or bad change doesn't work correctly when an older measurement is compared to newer measurement. Data are untrustworthy.
Great value smart body scale
This is pretty good scale (not yet checked with a profesional body scan). But it does the trick.

As vezes a balança coloca peso em outro usuário, o aplicativo deveria permitir alterar o usuário dos dados coletados. Para não ter que refazer medidas

Os dados são ótimos e aparentemente precisos, mas precisam de alguma forma conectar com o apple health, minha antiga balança conectava automaticamente.

The Herz P1 is a nice
tool to have to monitor fitness levels. For the price and accuracy, it’s close to being as accurate and dependable as the commercial one at my YMCA THAT CHARGES $50 for one reading! It’s not on the level of a commercial Dexascan, but you can’t beat it for the price. Just like AI tools everyone is using, it can go astray., If you get a strange reading, just ignore it. It will be accurate showing trends in the long run.

Ok but not great
The app won’t update the scale’s firmware not matter what trouble shooting is done. Otherwise it tracks ok.
Terrible layout and lost functionality
The entire point of this scale is to track progress. All of the graphs that I used to use to look at body fat percent, muscle mass, etc. are all gone. It is convoluted now and just horrible. Please change back and listen to customer base.

I like the scale, I have issue with the app and support.
There are a bunch of places on the report that have percentages over 100% and 200%. I submitted a question on that since I can’t find documentation on what they are percentages of. I got no response. I tried contacting them through the website and there is no English site. That’s some of my experience so far.
Would I recommend the scale? Because of the app, no.

Amazing buy!
It’s a really attractive unit and very easy to use. Instructions were easy to follow. I returned the first brand I bought because I couldn’t figure out how it worked, this one is better by a mile.
Diet Dashboard Buggy
The diet dashboard is buggy at best. It shows no data on the Diet Dashboard tab. Selecting Diet again does show some data. When adding food it often puts it on wrong date. The scale seems to work fine but diet tracking is useless.
Don’t advertise that I can weigh my pets when your devs haven’t actually made the feature work
Thanks for false advertising guys. Your hug and weigh feature is trash.

Bluetooth Connection Broken
I bought the Herz P1 Smart Scale and this is the app to use with it. The very first day everything connected via Bluetooth perfectly. Since the first day I have owned it, I cannot get the Bluetooth to connect at all.
I effectively have a very expensive regular scale. I have read lots of reviews online and this is a very common problem and complaint.

Better than Hume
Faster than Hume, and it lets me know when the measurement is done. Hume would never let me know when it was complete.
