The App enables you to quickly log a service complaint for a product you may have and Monitor its status. To Log a Complaint or request a service , just tap on book your service / complaint button on the app dash board, a ticket number will be generated and a technician will be assigned to you which can be tracked and escalated through the booking status history. The App also has temperature view facility where you can view your Equips temperature.
